About the Position: This opportunity is tailored for an experienced Family Lawyer ready to step into a Division Head position, overseeing a dynamic and growing Family Law practice. You’ll be leading a cohesive team—including a junior lawyer and two paralegals—while handling a rewarding caseload that spans parenting arrangements, property settlements, divorces, and matters involving domestic violence. This strategic leadership role allows you to influence the direction of the Family Law division while focusing on mentorship, practice development, and client satisfaction. With reduced daily billable expectations (approx. 4.33 hours), you’ll have time to prioritise quality outcomes, business growth, and staff development.
